Pearse and. Co asks clients to make a financial commitment to their chosen course up front, usually the whole fee but if that’s not possible please let us know at the beginning and terms can be arranged.
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel, we will refund 90% of your fee up to 21 days before the start date, 50% between 21 and 7 days before the event. After this we regret we cannot offer refunds, although we can negotiate private coaching to the value of your fee.
If we change the start date of a course and this doesn’t suit you, then, of course, 100% of your fee is refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
